CRYOLIPOLYSIS
360 Cryolipolysis
Fat freezing (cryolipolysis) is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that permanently destroys fat cells by cooling them to a precise temperature. Unlike cavitation which releases fat from cells, fat freezing eliminates the entire fat cell — making it the most effective option for stubborn, resistant fat.
What is 360 Cryolipolysis?
Cryolipolysis is a safe and effective non-invasive treatment designed to target stubborn fat cells through controlled cooling. This innovative procedure can reduce fat by 20-40% in treated areas, all without the need for surgery, needles, or downtime. Experience a new way to sculpt your body and achieve your desired look effortlessly. Say goodbye to unwanted fat and hello to a more you!

How it works?
The fat-freezing treatment works by using a specialized cooling applicator to target and lower the temperature of fat cells to around –5 to –7°C. This triggers a natural process called apoptosis (programmed cell death). Apoptosis is the body’s built-in way of safely removing unwanted cells. During this process, the cell’s DNA and internal structures gradually break down, and the cell then fragments into smaller pieces known as apoptotic bodies.
Ideal Candidates
freezing treatments are ideal for individuals who are close to their target body weight but struggle with stubborn areas of fat that resist traditional weight loss methods. This works best for those on an ongoing weight loss journey, as it complement a larger fat loss plan. most effective once you have already started losing weight, rather than at the beginning of your weight loss efforts. By targeting problem areas, fat freezing can help you achieve a more contoured and toned appearance.
Common Treatment Areas

What To Expect during your appointment
Each fat-freezing session lasts approximately 30–45 minutes per applicator, with up to four applicators used simultaneously. A standard appointment using up to four applicators, including your consultation, typically takes 60–90 minutes. For treatments requiring five to eight applicators, the full appointment usually lasts 2–3 hours.
Once the applicators are applied, you may feel a gentle tugging sensation and initial coldness. Any mild discomfort usually settles within a few minutes. After around 10 minutes, most clients feel comfortable enough to relax—many even drift off to sleep while the treatment works.
After your session, you can resume your normal activities right away. You’re free to go to the gym, enjoy dinner or drinks, or take a hot bath or shower immediately
Post Treatment Care
Following the procedure, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential for achieving and preserving the best results. Optimal outcomes occur when weight is maintained or reduced (if part of a weight-loss journey); weight gain may limit visible improvements.
Staying well-hydrated and regularly massaging the treated area can help stimulate fat-cell breakdown and support lymphatic drainage. Mild side effects—such as redness, swelling, or bruising—are common and typically subside within a few hours to a few days.

Final Considerations
Fat freezing results are gradual
As a non-surgical procedure, fat reduction is not immediate. Most clients begin to notice visible changes within six weeks, with full results typically developing around three months after treatment.
Temporary marks, numbness, and bruising
After treatment, it’s common to experience temporary redness, mild swelling, bruising, or numbness in the treated area. Numbness can last from a few days up to a few weeks and is a normal part of the healing process. These effects are temporary, but it’s worth keeping them in mind when scheduling your appointment.
Rare side effects
Fat freezing is widely considered a safe treatment, with very few serious side effects. The only rare non-temporary side effect is Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH), where the treated fat cells enlarge instead of shrinking. This may require liposuction to correct. PAH occurs in roughly 1 in 4,000 to 1 in 20,000 treatments. Since performing fat freezing in my clinic, I have not encountered any cases using the latest 360° Cryolipolysis technology—though the risk, while extremely rare, still exists.
Multiple treatments may be needed
Some clients may need more than one session to achieve their ideal results. Treatments should be spaced at least six weeks apart for best outcomes.
